If for any reason you wish to return a product received from ZIPPY BOXES, you can do so by following these steps:
- Ensure you have met the conditions at the bottom of this page, to confirm your eligibility.
- Contact us via email@example.com in order to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Return your product (including the packing slip or order confirmation) to the following address:

- Once we have received and verified your shipment, we will issue a full refund (less shipping) back to your original payment method
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any returned item(s) that become lost or damaged during transit.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, to secure your shipment and help track the return until it reaches our facility.
Items can be returned for a full credit (less shipping) within 7 days, subject to the following conditions:
- Due to the nature of the items, Custom Made-To-Order items are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless the item is defective.
If you happen to receive a defective item, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can help serve you better.
- Stock Order Returns must be in resalable condition, and preferably kept in the original packaging it was sold in, with your packaging slip or order confirmation.
- We do not cover return shipping costs.
Products returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, unless otherwise authorized by ZIPPY BOXES.
Please note that all returns will be subject to inspection for damage or misuse, prior to the issue of a refund.
